Garlicky Garlic Crust Pizza

When it comes to pizza toppings,  my family likes all the meat and cheesy goodness you can pile on. The more the better. I wanted to try something different and go with meat toppings made from turkey. It was a pleasant surprise for my little ones, they were too busy munching to notice. It came out better than I expected and of course I didn't document the process as it was an experiment. Dinner Time - The Perfect Patty Melt

To finish out beef week I decided to make cheeseburgers for dinner. Instead of the usual hamburger roll, I decided to toast whole grain honey wheat bread and make patty melts. Well seasoned, medium well hamburgers cooked on medium high heat,  gave the burgers a nice char on the outside while the inside stayed nice and juicy. Burger Seasoning Salt pepper onion powder garlic powder   My layering technique from the bottom up 1 slice of honey wheat toast (lightly toasted)  Thin layer of spicy brown mustard on the toast (1/2 tsp) cooked burger patty cheddar cheese slice sautéed onions ketchup (1 tsp) bacon 2nd slice of honey wheat toast To accompany my burgers, I peeled and sliced 6 russet potatoes lengthwise, Put them in a bowl , drizzled them with light olive oil, and seasoned them with garlic power, onion powder, salt , pepper and grated parmesan cheese.                                               Spaghetti   Spaghetti  Spaghetti... My mission today is to enhance a jar of spaghetti sauce. I 've been wanting spaghetti with meat sauce, but didn't have time to make a scratch sauce on a work night. It's a very simple throw your favorite flavors in the pot kind of sauce. Most regular jar sauces are thin so I like to add tomato paste or stewed tomatoes, then I pour on the beef for a rich, meaty, sauce.                          This recipe fed 6 empty stomachs easily.  Ingredients 45 oz jar spaghetti sauce ( I used Ragu old world style) salt (to taste) pepper (to taste) ...

Classic Potato Salad

The chicken is good....The potato salad is even better I whipped up this quick and easy potato salad a few nights ago, to cure my carb cravings. I had some leftover fried chicken from dinner the night before and I needed something simple to go with it.  After all, on a Saturday night I didn't really feel like doing the whole big meal. This classic family recipe is creamy, eggy, and kind of sweet and salty at the same time. Quick And Easy Potato Salad Ingredients 4 Large/ 6 medium Potatoes (I used eastern white) 2 l arge eggs (boiled and chopped) 2 tbsp  m ayo 2 tsp  b rown mustard 1/4 cup s weet pickle relish 1/8 cup diced onion (I used red) 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika Cooking Directions *Fill a pot with cold water.
