Now for myself, since I am holding off on meat for a little while longer I am going to suffer through a salad. My babies will be able to indulge :( My turkey burger recipe is both simple and very flavorful. My recipe is for 8 medium sized burgers -about 1/3 lb each. Each 1 lb. package of turkey makes 4 burgers. Ingredients 2 Lbs. Ground White Turkey 1 small white onion diced olive oil salt & pepper 1 Tbsp. granulated onion powder 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic powder 1 Tbsp. ketchup Cheese of choice Directions The key to a great burger is not over handling the meat. I'm sure you heard this before. Add ground turkey to a large bowl. Sauté diced onions in 3 Tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan. Onions will cook to a light brown. Keep an eye on heat. Do not overcook....
